Any plans to add now tv UK channels to the system to show in TV guide??

I would think that would be up to Gracenote, the guide data provider. You could try contacting them to ask.

A Now TV subscription includes access to several 'real' TV channels, so Gracenote guide data isn't the issue. I think @barkley36 is looking for a TVE-type integration. As far as I know, there is no equivalent to TVE for the UK.
