Nvidia Shield 2017 16GB Buffering

I keep getting a quick buffer on my Shield that pops th ebar up for a sec and continues to play. My Google TVs and Onns all play fine with no issue like this. The Shield is my only hard wired device. I had the same issue when I tried to expand storage on my Google TV with a USB drive and am wondering if there is an issue with the internal storage on the Shield. Here is a log from the Shield:

I have minimal apps on my Shield and only use it for Streaming Channels, Plex, and a few paid streamers. No issues with any of th eother apps. Channels DVR is installed on a dedicated Windows server hardwired on the same network.
