I have an Nvidia Shield pro. Had been using it successfully for channels for months now. Changed out the External USB to a larger one and now channelsdvr server app is gone. Tried sideloading and when I follow the directions (Channels Support - Sideload Channels DVR Server to Nvidia SHIELD) after entering IP in downloads I get the following message “An unknown error has occurred. check you URL and connection.” Internet Connection is great app permissions are ok. I uninstalled Downloader and tried again. Still the same.
