The glitching issue specific to Windows would cause the recording themselves to be corrupted, which then caused issues during playback. That issue has been resolved with a networking work-around in Windows DVR BUG: Glitches during recording
There was also a separate issue on the player where playback of DVR content would stutter during playback. In this case, the recording itself was fine and rewinding to replay would not repeat the stutter.
With the recent performance improvements, I believe this player issue is also fixed. Let me know if you notice it again on v2.1.31
