Odd behavior

I am on my iPad trying to access my Channels at home.

I don’t see any detailed programming guide. I can watch DVR recordings up to about an hour ago but nothing else shows up.

I’m also seeing the ! with red circles around my passes....

I tried to join the beta but can’t.

That's an old beta. You can click the link on getchannels.com/beta to add the "Channels DVR Beta"

If you open the DVR in your browser and click on "Guide" does it show the currently airing shows?

How to do that?

1. Open the web browser on the machine you are running the DVR on
2. Visit http://127.0.0.1:8089/
3. Click on "Guide"

You need to reload the guide on the Settings tab

It sounds like it lost network access or something, and that's why some recordings failed too. What does it show on the DVR > Schedule?

Trying my best. It show a list of shows but with some with the !

I'm hope now. I rebooted my iMac. And I am still seeing a blank programming guide.

Go to settings tab, Guide Database section. Click Maintenance, select Refresh Guide

Re-Download Entire Guide

Great. I seem to be back in business. Any ideas what caused that hiccup?

Open the Log tab of the dvr and copy/paste all the messages to [email protected]
