I am seeing a few shows in my library that are showing thumbnails from other shows. I haven't looked at my entire library but so far I am seeing this on The Floor, which is showing some thumbnails for the Simpsons (but not every episode is like this), The Penguin, which is also showing a few thumbnails from The Simpsons.

I have tried to refresh the metadata both on the show level and episode level with no change.
this happened to edwin once.. did you reset your database but copy over Images/ folder from a previous installation?
I may have done that in a roundabout way. I have been messing with the server today trying to setup some things better in docker and I have deleted and re-installed it several times, etc. I possibly ended up recreating that scenario without knowing it.

Yes you need to delete the Images folder
