Here's a strange one. A few days ago local CBS became available on TVE (provider DTV). Both live and recordings play perfectly on my iOS clients, but are choppy and don't sync audio on my FireTV clients.
The other TVE locals work fine. I have tried stopping and restarting Channels app, FireTV itself, and even uninstalled and re-downloaded the Channels app. No difference. Any ideas? Thanks.
Any errors in the DVR web ui log when the issue occurs?

Have you tried changing the video decoder mode? Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder.

Thank you. Changing to Hardware decoding did the trick. This app and it's user community,
