I just picked up the ONE FOR ALL Apple TV replacement remote. URC1110
It has Fast Forward and Rewind buttons.
They do no do anything for single press to skip fwd or back, have to hold down to fully FF/RW.
IS there way to get them to work for single press skip fucntions?
The Guide button is nice and that works to open the CDVR full Guide.
I moved to this remote due to it having backlit buttons, and because, i can not seem to go more than about 1yr, before the normal Apple Siri remote d-pad buttons start to wear out/double or triple press.
This remote is cheaper than Apple's has a better feel in the hand, and is one of the very few, if any other, that supports Siri voice control.
EDIT: Edited to clarify that they buttons work for long press, not single press.
