Ive had the onn pro for a while now. Ive been getting reboots while watching channels.No ryme or reason BUT it now has occurred after a factory reset of the box which i did "just in case"

I submitted diag a few days ago AND at 8:21 EST today 5/26/24
I am having same issue since day one with the new onn pro box. I've been using ott navigator and tivimate instead as my player and use tailscale to connect using them remotely
After further testing to replicate it seems as even if you only open channels dvr then close it and use a different app or do something else or leave the pro box idle it seems like channels DVR sets some timer that sends box into a restart after certain time. Now I'm testing if it's an exact time in minutes it takes till it reboots.
Rebooted again this time i was simply scrolling thorough my favorite channel list across the top of the screen then it froze up with the audio stuttering/looping then Reboot
