Is there a optimal windows machine setup (processor speed, hard drive type and speed, ram etc…). I’m looking to change my current and want to ensure i have the best setup possible to reduce channel seek and start time as well as DVR play.
CPU: Intel-based, newer generations are better
RAM: Atleast 4GB
NETWORK: gigabit wired
HDD: 7200RPM (or SSD) via SATA or USB3
