Optimum did not find subscribed channels

Only getting 44 channels with optimum in New York. Mostly junk channels.

Sounds like the authentication didn't work then. Please email us your logs to [email protected]

I am new to this. How do I send the logs?

Click on the Log at the top right. Scroll up and find where you tried to add Optimium, copy/paste all the messages after that and email to [email protected]

Optimum still doesn't work even though I use it to authenticate network apps.

I'm having the same issue only getting 44 channels. What's the fix for this been subscribed to channels for only a month. Not happy with the end result.

Did a rescan today and got 156 channels.
