I have 3 Apple TV boxes with Channels and mysteriously my Philo channels are missing. Stranger yet, under add source there is no option to add any TV Everywhere services.
Please help!
The add source option is on the dvr web UI
Maybe the Apple TV isn't connected to your dvr? On the settings tab does it show Philo? On the dvr tab does it show the IP of your DVR and free space available?
I'm dumb! Never mind 
Turns out my channels DVR box had done an update and rebooted and was not logged in.
I logged in an viola, everything is back.
I didn't realize TV Everywhere depends on your DVR "box"
