Organize imported local content by file path

Is there any way to organize imported content by folder path? My media is organized by folder path.

Example:
/movies
/kids
/documentaries

It looks like I can only import the folder paths to a single "Movie Sources" section, then create a "Library Collection" but I don't see a filter for folder path.

Is there any way to currently do this, like an advanced smart rule or something?

Just wondering - is this still not an option? I have concert videos in a separate folder (that do match to metadata from TMDB), but I'd prefer to have them in a separate section and tagging them manually is a bit of a pain.
