Is there anyway to update the channel icons shown in the guide?
Many of the channel4 family of channels updated their logos months ago but channels guide is still showing old logos.
Do the old logos still show in the official HDHR app too?
OP hasn't been back to the thread but I can confirm that they are also out-of-date on the HDHR app.
Have done. Just for anybody else who may stumble upon this post I have submitted the following:
- BBC 2 HD (102) is missing a logo
- Channel 4 HD (104) is missing a logo
- Channel 4+1 HD (109) is the wrong logo
- Tyne and Wear TV (7) is the old logo
- More 4 (now channel number 14) has an old logo
- E4 +1 (now channel number 29) has an old logo
- Quest (37) is missing a logo
- Sony Movie Channel (50) is missing a logo
- Freesports (64) has an old logo
- TCC (77) missing all data and logo
- Now 80s (83) missing a logo
- Now 90s (84) missing a logo
- Hochanda (85) missing all data and logo
- More 4+1 (86) has an old logo
- Travel XP (93) missing a logo
- Al Jazeera Eng (235) missing all data and logo
- 365 Travel (251) missing all data and logo
- Vision TV (264) missing all data and logo
- Planet Knowledge (265) missing all data and logo
- Sports Channel (266) missing all data and logo
- Arise News (269) missing all data and logo
- Kisstory (714) missing all data and logo
- Heat (716) missing all data and logo
- RNIB Connect (730) missing all data and logo

Good list. I've given up reporting the logo and guide data errors. It always seems they fix 1 or 2 channels and then break 1 or 2 more in their place! I really don't understand why it's so difficult for Gracenote to get the correct logos and data.

@tmm1 any idea why Channels is showing wrong logos or missing them entirely compared to the HDHM app?

I've tried EPG data for YouView and Freeview. Both have the above issues attached.
I too have missing channel logos within the Channels both on the Apple TV application as well as missing from the Channels WEB UI Tv Guide.

These are the two main channels missing logos, a few obscure channels as well.
The channel logos appear within the HDHOMERUN application, just missing within Channels DVR?
I would appreciate any information that may help me to resolve this issue.
Open the DVR web UI. Hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard, then click the circle icon shown under your HDHomeRUn.
