Padding error

I set up my HDHomeRun Scribe Duo on a new computer with my antenna connected to it, and I've never had recording issues before, at least not in this way.

But now I have a problem. Programs instead of recording 10 extra minutes as instructed (5 min before, 5 min after), just record 5 minutes before but only record the original program length, and not even in the proper way.

Are you sure you are running channels dvr? That log looks like it is from something else.

That's a recording debug log. You need to look at the main dvr log under Support

Does the DVR > Schedule show the correct recording duration?

Yes, that's the thing. The DVR platform will say that the padding is in place but when I get my file, it'll be 30 minutes instead of 40 minutes.
