Padding not applying to shows with offset start

I was trying to record a show where some episodes (all on the same channel) are scheduled on the hour like usual, but some are scheduled to start 5 minutes after (although they actually air on the hour and get the first few minutes cut off).

So I set the start padding to 15 minutes. However the only shows getting the extra padding are the shows scheduled on the hour. The shows scheduled to air at 3:05am seem to be using the default padding and come out to about 59 minutes long and still have the first couple minutes cut off.

I don't know why I didn't get a notification of your reply.

That show was a manual override for a show that didn't record properly the first time around. I told it to record again.

I see there is an option to edit the padding in there which is showing the system defaults. So, I'm guessing the manual override injects the default system padding instead of whatever was in the series pass.
