How should I set the "padding" setting if I want to force the DVR recording to start 3 hours later than the guide indicates.
Sounds like you need to use tvg-shift in your m3us
Or your timezone settings are wrong on server/client
You can set negative padding in the advanced settings for a pass but its not recommended solution for 3h shift
