Searching for this on the site. Maybe I dont look enought.. but is a paid sub to getchannels.com is needed for selfhosted DVR?

Channels DVR Server
DVR runs on a local machine at your house. You use apps on Android and Apple TV to connect to your server. If you want cable channels most of us will subscribe to YoutubeTv, FuboTV, Philo.... and you use those credentials on channels dvr to pull channels that those services allow using TVE. If you want all your local channels you will need an antenna with a network tuner and you can add that to Channels DVR too. So you can feed multiple sources to the Channels DVR and be able to watch them through the app on your other devices. I hope this helps you out. I know at first when getting this stuff it was hard to picture it without doing it.
