Panic recovery

Just submitted logs. Error occurred after scheduling a new pass. Scheduled for a 1 minute past end time. It created two passes for the same series. I deleted pass and then readded the pass with end on time. Seems fine now but figured I’d submit logs.

Fixed for next build. This had to do with a race condition where you a pass was being deleted and other passes were being reprioritized at the same time.
