My mother said she has been getting this error message....
Not authorized, Parental Control service is experiencing technical difficulties.

Devs would have to confirm but I’m guessing this is coming from the provider and Channels is just passing it through. channels doesn’t have any parental controls that I’m aware of.

There is no such controls via Comcast that i have ever seen, only on the Comcast cable box is there anything like that.

TVE feeds come from the network providers server, not Comcast.
TVE authentication hits Comcast servers and its returning notAuthorized with that message
O. I had been told the catv or provider creds was sent to the networks sever when u try to acces the stream or use their site/app....didnt realize there was the extra step.
anyway, there is no such way to set some sort of parental control block to a TVE comcast account that i know of. must have just been some issue on their end then. works fine now.
