I mean using a web browser (like Brave, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and looking at the DVR web UI, not looking at the schedule on a Channels client device.

So I guess somewhere in the past couple of years I had a recording for it and never watched them and they fell off after 5 recordings? and so this is what blocked the recordings?

Yup… I flipped the re-record and saw the shows were repeats which is dumb as the show was only in year 2 of 5, so H&I isn’t doing them in order.
Ahh, I think you may have been confused when you looked at the Matches tab in the pass?
Those marked as Recorded, just means Channels DVR remembers recording the episode at some time in the past (could have been 8 years ago).
Those marked as Queued means it will record them and they will appear in the Schedule (scheduled recordings) until they're recorded.
