I have changed my source for local channels but Passes doesn't seem to be finding the same shows on the new channels/sources. Shouldn't it find the shows? Would the time zone make a difference? The original sources were on PT but the new sources are on ET. (CBS and ABC affiliates)
Try deleting and recreating the guide database.
DVR web UI Settings > Live TV & DVR > Guide Data > Maintenance 
I've learned to do that whenever I make any changes to my sources, or channels within them.
Adding a source doesn’t do anything to reevaluate passes and job scheduling.
But that would have happened at the next scheduled time of tomorrow morning. A new pass would have picked up on it too. And of course, forcing it like @chDVRuser mentioned.
