I added a Source and deactivated the old Source but the passes from the old Source aren't finding the same shows/channels (by name) on the new source. Is this intentional? If so, the Source should be shown with the Pass info and either be changeable or not changeable. I shouldn't have to recreate all of my Passes for a new Source. And, if a recording fails with one Source the system should look to record the show on any available Source.
Try deleting and recreating the guide database on the server.
Settings > Live TV & DVR > Guide Data > Maintenance 
> Delete and Recreate Database
