Pausing live TV issues

Hi I’m having issues with playing TV in the channels app after I have paused it. I’m using the Play/Pause button on my apple remote. If I leave the TV for 15 minutes and come back to it and press play it has never worked for me - it either goes back to the live feed or just refuses to play. Has anyone else had this issue?

More details:
I’m from England.
I have only tried it twice as I’ve not wanted to miss what I’m watching as it hasn’t worked those few times.
If I pause and play TV after a few seconds at a time it seems to work fine.
The first time I tried this was after a 10/15 minute pause.
The second time was after a 30 minute pause.
Any ideas?

Interesting… does it work fine if you only pause for a couple minutes?

Try downloading the “Storage Doctor” app from the App Store and check to see how much free space is available on your ATV.

If you can snap a pic of the screen (the timeline especially) before you unpause that would be helpful as well.

I too am having that issue. I will report back only if storage was the issue.
