Is there a way to integrate channels into PC without having to remux? Maybe pass off to vlc?
If you're talking about the DVR admin UI player, you can select to watch in VLC if you have the vlc-protocol helper installed.

Would this work for better plex integration? I know there is another method but it remuxes and buffers and bugs out.
Not sure what you're asking. It works for me on Channels DVR, I don't use plex and not sure what plex has to do with it.

Just being able to use m3u/ etc and not have to doing any remuxing. I just wish channels worked on pc and not need android to use interface like plex does
Can you do this on another pc off the network?
Why do you not want the Server to Remux ? just asking as Remux takes very little CPU and you get a cleaner file when it is remuxed ?

I can do it from any PC on my LAN, but if "off the network" means remote, I haven't tried that.
You might want to tackle this problem. More effective than workarounds
