Permission Denied

This error popped up after I rebooted my Synology NAS:
Permission Denied

I have an M3U file I use for inputting my sources into a custom channel. Now shows 0 channels available. I have verified correct path. Not sure what permission I need to add.

Any ideas?

And I figured it out almost as soon as I posted this....

Not sure why or how but the "channels" user got removed/deleted.
