Personal video will not play in the web player

I have a Christmas video that I was attempting to play in the web player. It does not, it just seems to spin the circle. Other videos in the same folder play fine. The video plays fine on an appletv box and in the iPhone channels app.. just not the web player. If I browse to the folder over the network and double click it, it plays in the windows media player the same computer.

The logs don't seem to have any information on this at the time I am attempting to play. I don't know where to start troubleshooting this.

So I have been playing around and found that transcoding must be the issue. If I change it to software, it plays fine.

My install is on a Asustor AS6704T with a Intel(R) Celeron(R) N5105. I have the ffmpeg version 5.1.2.r12 Installed from the app store as suggested in the channelsdvr for asustor install suggestions.

Anyone have any ideas how to get transcoding working on this?
