Phantom Channels

I am seeing about 14 channels on the Guide that are not in either of my two sources. Any ideas how to remove them? I have a HdHomerun Quatro and Philo as my two sources. The numbers look like they should belong to my Quatro. For example, some are listed as 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3.

I recently downloaded Channels Version 2020.09.30.1642. I also replaced my HdHomerun Duo with a Quatro. I have updated the firmware of the Quatro and deleted the old Duo. I have restarted Channels DVR and detected new channels using the HdHomerun web utility for the Quatro.

When I click on the channels, I get an error message, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

What can I do to delete or hide these channels from the guide?

Restart the DVR using the TV icon in the mac menu bar

I have restarted it as you suggested and they are still there.

Could they be channels from a different zip code? I purchased the Quatro used. Is there some way the previous owner's channels are still associated with the Quatro?

Do they appear on my.hdhomerun.com ?

No they do not. I had it detect new channels on my.hdhomerun.com and updated the firmware.

There is a guide database section on the Settings page where you can refresh the guide data.
