Looking through my TVE channels on DISH I see some Philly stations. Is this normal? I live nowhere near Philly.

Where are you seeing these exactly? In a client or somewhere in the server interface?

In the server web interface when looking at the course details? If so, it’s normal to see all channels, even ones you don’t have access to in that list.
