I tried to add Philo but it failed. Now, trying to add it again, it doesn't login (no email sent to authorize), it just comes back with "no login form".
Which browser? After you select Philo in the dropdown, does it show an email field or two user/pass fields?
Chrome browser, Selected philo in dropdown. yes, email address only on first try that failed (didn't get the email from philo until 10 min later). Additional attempts, email and password would be in the list with philo selected. I cleared the browser cache, rebooted and tried again and it worked -- only email was available after selecting philo.
