Philo Playback Failed 403 Not permitted to watch

I found today that my Philo channels are not working in Channels. I've tested both web and Firetv. I get a message that reads:

Philo Playback Failed 403 Not permitted to watch. (access.denied.missingpackage)

I am running the latest beta of the server and latest beta FireTv app. Any ideas?

Go into rescan menu and click rescan next to Science channel
