Philo TV Everywhere A&E Failing others seem fine

Hey guys. I'm a Channels DVR newbie. Have been running for a couple weeks without problem. Woke today to find my overnight A&E recordings had failed. Tried opening the channel and it won't connect. I'm using Philo as my service provider. I can open other channels on Philo without issue. Is this something that happens from time-to-time and will resolve by itself or do I have specific issues to address?

It takes my credentials just fine but showed a spinning circle for a little over 60 seconds before eventually starting. I'm guess Channels is giving up due to the excessive time it takes?

The stream on their site is very broken at the moment and its affecting our DVR.

You can contact them via https://support.aetv.com/hc/en-us and let them know https://play.aetv.com/live is taking a very long time to start playing and having issues.

In addition to their current outage, from personal experience, A+E Network sites have frequent issues that result in sync/stutter problems in playback.

I took your advice and did this this morning. Less than an hour later I received a human response saying they were forwarding on to a technical team and now this afternoon I see that it is working again. Thanks for the suggestion. Seems the A&E team is ALMOST as responsive as the Channels team! haha Kudos to you both!
