There was a power failure that involved power going on and off several times. Now the Pi does not seem to boot. The green light flashes twice continuously. Are there instructions on what to do?

Remove power and wait for about 15 seconds and repower. You want to make sure that the HD powers down and completely stops before applying power.
Thank you for your response! I had previously tried powering off for 30 seconds and powering back on. When I powered off for several minutes in order to relocate from a closet to my desk to be able to connect to monitor, it booted without issue.
My question is there any documentation on DVR server on Pi? Is there a document on the flash codes?
