Pi DVR Not booting completely - I/O / read errors

I have used Channels DVR on a Pi for over a year, love the service. Wi-Fi was being wonky and decided to reboot the router, and since my DVR is on the same UPS, shut it down first. After rebooting, I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when going to the IP or the dvr-server.local as I typically would. Moved the Pi into my office where I could plug in monitor and keyboard / mouse, see below for pictures of what I see. Curious to get recommendations for how to proceed - can you "reinstall" Channels without overwriting all the shows? I did explore around (not a Linux expert by any stretch) and I can ls the directories and see all the TV shows and Movies, so I'm hopeful that even if this hard drive is failing that most are still there.

I've been considering upgrading to a larger drive, anyway, so might just set it up again on a new drive and try to copy things over (or set this drive up as a secondary, if that's possible). Note that the drive did fill to 100% not too long ago, and I deleted several things to fix it. That could be what caused this corruption, too. Also why I've been considering a larger drive. Anyway, any advice would be appreciated. I do own SpinRite and may see if it finds any issues with the drive, but haven't done that as of this writing. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like the HDD is failing

Thanks, could be - I did just edit my post to include that the hard drive had filled to 100% recently, if that could possibly lead to corruption or something.

Went ahead and purchased a new drive, installed Channels to it, made sure it booted OK (it did). Shut the Pi down and copied all the movies, etc., to the new drive using my PC. Now when I hook it up to the Pi it does not fully boot. It took over 24 hours to copy all the movies, no errors in the process (so drive may not be failing after all). However, still no DVR.

Where is it getting stuck?
