I've used it before, but today the Picture in Picture button has vanished from my iPad.
I've tried toggling the toggle in Playback in settings and that hasn't worked.
I've restarted my iPad and it has come back. I don't know what or why it went and restarting brought it back, but if others are finding the same thing it might help for you.
