Picture pixelated and breaking up when paused

I was away on holiday last week, and on my return noticed the blue dot next to the Channels app icon on my Apple TV, obviously the app had updated recently whilst I was away.

Anyway, I now seem to be having issues with picture breakup and a pixellated image, this only occurs when the Live TV has been paused?

Has anyone else experienced this?

It looks a bit like a freeview signal that is really poor and breaks up, however when checking the signal strength and quality using the Hd Homerun signal test app on my phone it looks fine.

Any suggestions?

Oh, it’s a 4k Apple TV.

If you open the app and go to the Settings tab, what is the version number shown?

It’s version 3.2.3

That is a known buggy build. Please upgrade to v3.2.5 via the App Store.

Ah, OK, I’m updating now!

To be honest I hadn’t even thought of checking the version on the app store as it had just updated to the latest version a few days ago.

I’ll see how It goes.
