PiP missing on tablet and phone

I don't see the option in the application to enable PiP on my tablet or Samsung Galaxy S20. I have it on my Sony Android TV and Fire TV.

I also tried doing PiP using this method and it didn't work either. https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/using-picture-in-picture-window/

I have tried the latest beta and production release.

This works if I set the PiP in the client settings on the server. It still isn't possible to enable directly in the app itself.

Also, configuring the start up section works once. It only appears to work right after enabling it. Closing the app and reopening just goes to the section that was open previously.
