I think the answer is "No", but please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm trying to find a keyboard way to enable PIP and a different key to disable PIP. The current method "P" is a toggle and works in most cases, but the PIP state is not knowable.
I'm using Harmony sequences and the experience can get odd jumping around the Channels interface. Having both PIP on and PIP off would help.
