Pixelation on TVE

Hey all,
I'm hoping this is a minor settings issue someone can help me with. I'm getting pixelation when I'm watching Channels either live or on DVR. But it only seems to be happening on my TVs. If I watch the shows on my iPad or iPhone I don't see the pixelation.

I'm using a Mac Mini M1 for my server, Apple TV's 4th gen and my TV is a Sony Bravia 65". My connection is gigabit internet. I don't know if all that helps? I've attached an image of what I'm seeing in the dark colors.!

That can happen if your ATV is set to HDR mode. Switching to experimental video driver can also help.

I have the HD ATV not the 4K. Do I have control over the HDR? I have the video driver set to experimental.

I'm not sure then. Perhaps your TV has some setting that's causing extra post-processing to occur.

To me, it looks like typical pixelation you can get from any compressed video source in an area with subtle color gradients. The lower the bitrate of the source, the more likely it is.
