I recently have an issue where if the streaming quality isn't set to oringal I get playback failure and the video buffers continusly. Any help is appreciated.
Is this at home? We recommend Original streaming at home always.
It's at home but I've always had it set lower due to buffering issues when I signed up. The issue started two days ago.
Check your dvr log on the windows PC. Maybe your C drive is filling up with recordings?
Nope I cleaned it out earlier when I thought that may be the problem but I have plenty of room.
I got it to work by restarting the server and reinstalling the apps. The server was stuck in a transcoding state for one recording.
