I’m having problem using channels app on play back with my Amazon Cube.! Fast forward, skip commercials has been a almost constant problem, at times you can FF or skip commercials but now more problems advancing the progress bar will hang and do nothing as if it’s buffering.. Any adjustment help please advise me, I end up going to cube menu and start channels over again, it’s a hit and miss thing, I sent support info and ran server speed test.. thanks, I’ll be waiting..
Try changing Settings > Playback > Advanced > Video Decoder: Software
Also, try power-cycling the Fire Cube once a week.
Restart firestick/Cube from remote hold "Select" "Pause/play" until it restarts
