happens all the time according to my wife.
Just tested on another TV and same issue.
Issue:
watching channel 6100 (OWN) on philo TVE. Not sure if it happens with all shows, watching DR phil the show plays fine.. when the commercial starts the timeline shows a spinning circle and eventually playback failed (-17). I submitted diagnostics. Please review and let me know the issue.
This issue with OWN is fixed in the dvr prerelease
