Commercials are detected during Live TV recordings but are not skipped automatically during playback. The Live TV channels are local channels via a HD antenna. Commercials are not skipped whether using an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K, Amazon Fire TV Cube or Apple TV 4K. Also, double clicking the FF button during a commercial doesn't go to the beginning of the program.
When the Detect Commercials feature is selected in the Channels DVR, are commercials suppose to be skipped automatically? When I configured the Channels DVR on July 4, this feature seems to have worked. Are Live TV commercials suppose to be skipped when the Detect Commercials feature is selected or are additional settings required?
