Playback Lockup, Log Help Needed

I'm running Channels on a dedicated Windows computer any playing back on an Amazon 4k Fire Stick. Everything is hard wires on a 1G internal network. My external download speed from Verizon is about 350 mbps.

Sometimes when playing back a recording, the playback just freezes, like it needs to buffer, but it never restarts. If I exit the playback and go back in to Play->Resume, everything is fine.

I tried looking at the log files, but I don't know how they are organized or what to look for.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

In the app click Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics after the freeze

Thanks, I'll try to remember to do that next time it freezes. It seems to happen about once every day or two.

I had a lockup tonight about 8:06 pm EST. I submitted the diagnostics as instructed.
