Is there any reason not to make playback speed availble while watching a program currently being recorded? Dropping back to 1x when it catches up would be fine.
I love the playback speed option as it's something I've always wanted and never had on anything except my old Windows Media PC and never worked on the Extenders. While i do also wish it was possible to do with in progress recordings, one trick i used recently was to manually end the recording. Then start a new recording. This isn't exact, but let's you almost catch up to live quicker than not having the option at all.
Is this still available for Google TV or only iOS?
