How do we store them? I transfer them to my storage and nothing
Wrong format?
The copy in the cloud locker is what "expires." You can ignore that entirely, if your Channels DVR is integrated with PlayOn Cloud, as it will download to your own local storage, without any expiration date attached. It's stored forever until you delete.
So in theory, if I download it from the cloud, It should go to a folder thats programmed into channels dvr?
What about moving them over from Desktop, why cant i see that movie?
It should work just fine if you add PlayOn Cloud as a source to Channels DVR:
The recordings it saves are accessible in their own "PlayOn" directory in your Channels DVR storage device. They are split up as TV and Movies, but are just regular .mp4 files that can be played anywhere.

Did you put it in your defined Movie imports directory?
How is the file named?
Yes it downloaded in MP4 format and its named how it downloaded, i didnt change it
