PlayOn Cloud recordings frame rate?

I know when it records in what they call Full HD (1080p) that it uses variable frame rate HEVC.

My question is what is the frame rate for the normal HD (720p) recordings?

If it's a fixed frame rate (29.97/30/59.94/60), I can use it since I want to edit the ads out and resave it.
If it's variable frame rate, I can't use my video editor, so wouldn't be interested.

Anyone using it know the answer?

It’s wacky as well. It’s not great. Their tech is using screen capture from a browser window. It’s why the audio is stereo.

It’s not terrible for convenience or kids, but I wouldn’t call it archival quality.

Most people wouldn’t notice though.

So does mediainfo or a like tool display what the frame rate is for the 720p HD recordings?

Guess the only way to know is trial it myself.

My video editor (VideoReDo} doesn't handle variable frame rate.

Thank You!
Rules out PlayOn for me.

I used the trial period of PlayOn to see what it was like and I was not impressed.

I don't like the random frame rates.

The full HD had visible artifacts mostly on dark/black areas.

As maddox mentioned, the average Joe/Jane probably would not notice.

It's a pass for me.
