PlayOn Cloud, Syncing, are deleted from cloud, deleted from Library?

I use credits only for PlayOn Cloud. The recordings are stored for 7 days and then deleted automatically. When PlayOn Cloud is a source and recordings are downloaded during sync, are recordings also deleted from my Library when they are deleted from PlayOn Cloud?

Do we need to move downloaded recordings to another folder to prevent auto deletion, or are they safe to keep in the PlayOn Cloud folder?

Is the term sync, really meant to mean download?
