Playon Home recordings won't play remotely on Appletv running on Savant system

Hello all.
I'm new to ChannelsDVR and am really loving it but I have a problem.

ChannelsDVR worked perfectly from my home network.
I also run Playon to record and then watch them on ChannelsDVR.
Now I'm at a resort and the system is setup with AppleTV using a the Savant system.
I'm not super familiar with the Savant system.
Anyways, I downloaded ChannelsDVR app and it connects fine to my remote Channels Media Server.
I can watch through TV Everywhere plus I can record from TV Everywhere and can watch those recordings but I can NOT watch a recording done via Playon (in my home network).
It spins and spins and then after about 10 minutes it'll say Recording Corrupted -17.
I can play the recording fine from my laptop in a web browser for Channelsdvr.

I've put a support ticket in to ChannelsDVR but have not heard back yet.
I can remote into my home computer/media server.
I've run the Channels diagnostics and everything is fine.
From the ChannelsDVR, I sent diagnostics reports to support and notified them in my support ticket.
I went to this IP and actually can see something but I have NO idea what it means. lol
192.168.130.86:57000/log (IP listed on AppleTV Ethernet)

I'm guessing I'm stuck b/c of this Savant setup but I don't know-just putting it out there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try updating your DVR to pre-release

Shoot. That did not work.

Here is what I did:
Changed update to pre-release and refreshed the page and it now says:
2025.09.17.0514
Up to date!

I closed the app Channelsdvr on the appletv (swiped up) and then started it again.
I first tried 2 shows that previously had error'd and they both error'd immediately with Recording corrupted -17.
I then tried another show which I had never tried before. It is spinning and spinning. I closed before it could error.
Darn it. I was hoping something simple might fix it.
I didn't like restart channels on my home computer. Is that a thing? Like restarting it?

Any other thoughts?

Wow. That's pretty cool. Man, I really appreciate it.

For the record, it says the version is this:
2025.09.18.0418

One thing though, it still won't play any recording which I had tried to play previously that error'd out with a Recording Corrupt -17 error. When I try to play those, it gives me that corrupted error after a couple of seconds. Is there anything I can do to solve that?
If not, I'll just re-record using playon but thought I'd ask in case it's something simple.

Is there a cache clear button on the DVR under settings > General > Remote Streaming

No, there is no cache clear button on the Remote Streaming DVR general settings.
I found a cache clear on the ChannelsDVR app and I pressed it.
It seemed to have done something b/c the recording did not immediately show the recording corrupted message but instead was spinning. I exited before it showed another error.
I'll just re-record those shows.
