I'm on version 2021.02.04.1931 with my PlayOn source now added.
At 8:30a I did a sync and it pulled in the recordings then. It is now 1:15p and no new recordings have been downloaded.
The documentation states that it should ping the source every 2 hours.
I'm sure I can do another sync and bring in the new recordings, but would like to know why the auto-sync isn't occurring.
I guess its probably 2 hours since the last download finished. Can you submit diagnostics from your DVR?
The last download was at 8:30a. How do I go about doing the diagnostics?
Click Support > Submit Diagnostics at the top right.
